Covid-19: Safe delivery instructions and possible restrictions

For orders without prior agreement with our customer service, the buyer agrees to replace the selected bouquet with available flowers, when necessary. We do not accept complaints regarding this!
Whenever possible, we do our best to meet the needs of our customers.

Because of restrictions due to the coronavirus, the recipient will always be consulted by the phone prior to delivery. Therefore, the florist may not deliver the shipment at the time of the day you specified. Thank you for your understanding!.

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of both our customers and florists is always our number one priority. At this time, our local, independent florists in Hungary are open for business as usual. We encourage them to follow the guidance provided by the World Health Organisation, Hungarian Health Authority, the Hungarian government and to only accept and deliver orders where they feel it is safe to do so. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.

Please note that it might be difficult to get a full range of flowers for florists in smaller regions and therefore we might not be able to offer the range of flowers shown on the photos. We have asked our florists to give their best to deliver all the greetings with the best quality flowers.

In case the florist is not able to make the bouquet You ordered due to limited selection of flowers, he will replace it with florists choice “Daily bouquet” in similar value.

Our client service will do their best to notify our customers incase there are changes in the delivery or delivered products. We ask for Your understanding in case the flowers or their color is different from what is shown on our web page.

No contact deliveries

If you or your recipient is particularly concerned about receiving a personal delivery, then you have the option of requesting that the flowers are left in a safe place. Delivering florist is contacting recepient over the phone and ringing door bell to make sure the flowers are securely received. During the online check out journey, just use the free text box under Prefered delivery time - Special Instructions to let us know where you’d like the florist to leave your delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.

We have advised our florists to follow the below guidance when making a delivery:

  • Put the flowers in a suitably safe place or as according to the instructions.
  • Ring the doorbell to alert the recipient that the delivery has taken place and then stand back two metres from the door to ensure a safe and contact free communication in case the recipient opens the door.
  • We do not ask for the recipients signature during the virus outbreak.
  • Our florists and couriers wear face masks.

Amending an order

If you have already placed an order with us and are aware that the delivery location is now closed due to Coronavirus or that the intended recipient has moved to work from the home office or gone into self-isolation please call us +3620 378 6741 or email our customer service team info@fleurop.hu and we will be happy to amend the delivery instructions on your order.
